Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the items are unused beyond what is necessary to inspect them, as allowed in a physical store. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities. If the items show signs of use or wear, the refund may be reduced. To initiate a return, write to info@ampride.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods.
What happens if my scooter arrives damaged?
If your scooter arrives with visible damage, take photos immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

Do the items come pre-assembled?
It depends on the manufacturer and the item. However, we recommend seeking professional assistance for assembly to ensure proper quality, as incorrect assembly may result in warranty voidance.
What is the maximum speed for electric scooters? (in EU)
While we list the maximum speed specified by the manufacturer, please note that electric scooters are limited to a maximum speed of 25 km/h in the European Union as per regulations.
NB! If the user has independently modified the electric scooter to exceed the specified speed or power limits, Ampride is not responsible for any fines, confiscation by the police, or other damages resulting from legal violations.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we operate as an online business to keep our prices competitive. However, we work with selected partners to offer assembly & maintenance service.
